Please be aware that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so we allow for cancellations in the event of an emergency. However, we do ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of the FULL amount of the scheduled service. If you fail to show up for your massage appointment without cancelling beforehand, you will be charged the full price of the massage.  If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session in order to keep on schedule for the next client. If you arrive 30 minutes late you forfeit your appointment and are charged for the session. If you fail to show or cancel your appointment more than twice, we reserve the right to refuse service in the future.  

As a small business every client and every  minute is very precious to us. We appreciate you understanding that we want to honor and respect your time and serve you as best as we can. 

This is a professional massage practice. There is a NO TOLERANCE  policy for any form of inappropriate suggestion or behavior, such as sexual advances. Any client who makes an inappropriate suggestion or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave and refused future business. Please respect our therapists.
